Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

I’m currently:

  • Living a routine of working 9-5, sometimes a little later to 6:30 and 9 pm, especially on Friday evening and sometimes into weekends too, WHILE mothering three kids;
    • improving their discipline and life skills,
    • encouraging their unique talents – things like speaking out even the most ridiculous ideas, singing, playing music, creating content, drawing, and all those art stuff (which often involves misusing my beauty and makeup products),
    • educating and advocating the most necessary skills – the people skills, mostly on dealing with the mind, emotion, and interacting with other humans.
    • What they want to learn from me is actually cooking.
  • Trying to re-establish creative habits outside my paid job. Since I landed on my dream writing career, I’ve lost the flow to create art and spread messages that my inner voice wants to send to the world. It’s pretty saddening. So, I don’t want to be slow and small on this. Not anymore.
  • Paying more attention to my being – mind, body and soul. Lately, I’ve been getting recurrent backache, neck pain, and cramps at the weirdest spots. My tummy loves to host different types of setups and events. Sometimes it’s like an abandoned construction site of chaotic stillness and unexplainable heaviness. Sometimes it’s a concert, then a boring self-help talk show trying to tell me to take care of myself better – eat well, move right, sleep well.
