How to Download Your Instagram Data
If you’re inspired to keep a back-up of your Instagram memories, it’s quite simple to download all your data, including photos, videos, stories, and direct messages. Here’s a quick guide:
- Access Your Account on a Web Browser: Log in to your Instagram account on a web browser.
- Go to Edit Profile: Click on your profile picture at the top right, and then select ‘Edit Profile’.
- Privacy and Security: Scroll down and click on ‘Privacy and Security’.
- Request Download: Under ‘Data Download’, click on ‘Request Download’. The download link will be sent to your email inbox.
